Build and Maintain Strong Customer Relationships : - Foster strong, long-term relationships with customers. - Enhance customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and support. Align Solutions with Customer Objectives : - Match customer business goals with appropriate self-service solutions. - Demonstrate how these solutions deliver tangible value to the customer. Conduct Opportunity Risk Assessments and Forecasting : - Evaluate potential risks and opportunities. - Provide accurate sales forecasts to guide strategic planning. Develop and Present Professional Materials : - Create detailed account and customer opportunity plans. - Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations and proposals. Coordinate Resources for Pre-sales and Post-sales Activities : - Ensure all pre-sales, installation, and service activities are completed on time. - Maintain superior quality in all customer interactions and follow-ups. Maintain a High Degree of Customer Orientation : - Exhibit exceptional customer service skills. - Own and resolve customer issues, leveraging internal systems for effective problem-solving.
