The Role Under the general supervision of the India Head of Sales for Flavour Solutions (FS) - India, the position is responsible for executing the India business sales strategy for QSR's. Achievement of sales targets and associated KPI's. Work with key internal stakeholders to develop and commercialize products to meet customer expectations Key Accountabilities Build on existing customer portfolio and identify new opportunities Initiate new customer contact, present McCormick product capabilities and identify new business opportunities Manage opportunities through the business to achieve commercialization Account management of commercialized new business Input into the Flavor Solutions sales strategy annual review Establishment of internal key stakeholder relationships Current Flavor Solutions QSR business in India is set for significant growth under the new FS APZ model. The role is pivotal in growing the business in line with the Flavor Solutions LTP ambition and decreasing the current reliance on a small number of key customers. The Person MBA in Sales & Marketing Past Experience with FMCG/Food Organization with and exposure towards Key Account Management in B2B Space. 5-8 years of Account Management in Quick Service Restaurants General understanding of QSR markets, products, processes, competitors and customers needs. Knowledge of McCormick FS business and processes. Knowledge of McCormick regional sites capabilities and product range. Business experience in the QSR and or foodservice industry. Highly developed written and verbal communication skills that are clear, concise and appropriate in timing and directed to appropriate levels. Developed and demonstrable critical thinking skills and business acumen. Position impacts the success of achieving the LTP goals to grow the India QSR business with KFC, YUM! and 2nd Tier QSR's Requires self-motivation and is self-driven and able to work autonomously. Has an ability to influence peers and across functions. Strong communication skills, relationship building and professional presentation to internal stakeholders and customers when required. Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills - ability to tailor information to the audience (both internal and external) and communicate information as a trusted subject matter expert and drive key outcomes. Able to influence customer approval for recipe and process changes and must be able to maintain McCormick as a customer solution focused business. A collaborative work approach with the ability to leverage resources and delegate workflow. Must be able to manage and negotiate conflicting priorities, managing key stakeholder expectations along the way Able to manage minor cross functional conflict and find a suitable resolution DIMENSIONS Position plays a key role in influencing and delivering the Flavour Solutions and Consumer annual business growth strategy, income and profit targets. The position is expected to have frequent customer contact. To deliver professional presentations and customer engagement and to represent McCormick as a trusted strategic adviser and foster customer relationships to ensure longevity of future business. There will be frequent engagement with vendors and potential vendors, you will be expected to represent and communicate McCormick's quality and ethical standards. There will be daily interactions with R&D, QA, Regulatory, Operations/Supply Chain, Flavour solutions and Consumer team, Marketing and finance.
