Job Title: Key Account Manager (KAM) company: startek Location: Shivajinagar, Bangalore Employment Type: Full-Time (On-site) Working Days: 6 days per week Compensation For MBA Freshers: Up to ₹25,000/month For Experienced Candidates (Minimum 1 Year): Up to ₹30,000/month Eligibility Criteria MBA graduates (freshers welcome) Graduates with at least 1 year of relevant work experience Proficiency in English and Hindi (both languages are mandatory)  Essential Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills Fundamental understanding of e-commerce platforms and related products Sales-oriented mindset with analytical thinking Comfort with basic mathematical operations, including: Percentages Averages Profit and Loss calculations Key Responsibilities Serve as the main point of contact between the company and assigned clients Build and nurture long-term client relationships Understand client goals and offer tailored, strategic solutions Handle account management tasks, respond to client inquiries, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction Work closely with internal teams to guarantee timely and efficient service delivery Review performance data and generate actionable insights to support business decisions
