Key Account Manager - Non IT

Job Summary:

Key Account Manager (KAM) Non-IT Staffing

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned key clients in the

  non-IT domain

  (e.g., manufacturing, BFSI, healthcare, logistics, etc.).
• Understand client staffing requirements, hiring cycles, and workforce planning needs.
• Coordinate with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of candidates.
• Maintain and grow client relationships to increase business volume and account penetration.
• Handle client escalations, feedback, and negotiations effectively.
• Ensure SLAs and TATs are met for all client mandates.
• Work closely with the recruitment delivery team to align candidate sourcing with client expectations.
• Generate revenue from existing clients through upselling and cross-selling of services (e.g., temp staffing, payrolling, RPO).
• Prepare and present weekly/monthly reports to leadership on account status and performance.
• Maintain documentation, trackers, and communication in CRM or ATS tools.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in any field (MBA/PGDM preferred).
• 3–7 years of experience in

  account management or client servicing in non-IT staffing

  .
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes for blue-collar and mid-level white-collar roles.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts efficiently.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, ATS/CRM systems.
