Key Account Manager

In this role at MyOperator, you will be the primary contact for a portfolio of key accounts, focusing on maintaining strong relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring client satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include: - **Strategic Relationship Management:** Build and nurture long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty. - **Account Growth & Revenue Expansion:** Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling MyOperator solutions to drive revenue growth within key accounts. - **Customer Advocacy & Success:** Advocate for clients to help them achieve their business goals and maximize the value of our products. - **Renewal & Retention:** Proactively address customer needs to drive account renewals and ensure high retention rates. - **Issue Resolution:** Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues for key customers efficiently. - **Market Intelligence:** Gather feedback from key accounts to provide insights for refining offerings and identifying market trends. To be successful in this role, you should have 2-4 years of experience in a customer-facing role, strong negotiation and communication skills, and familiarity with CRM software. A degree in Business or related field is preferred.
