Job Summary: The Key Account Manager will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing strategic B2B employer partnerships. The role demands a strong focus on client relationship management, internal coordination, and delivering value to partnered organizations. Key Responsibilities: Identify potential B2B clients and schedule introductory meetings. Pitch Mykare’s services, close deals, and onboard clients. Serve as the primary point of contact for all onboarded partners. Build and maintain strong relationships with HR/admin stakeholders. Coordinate with internal teams (tech, operations, support) for service delivery and issue resolution. Monitor client usage, gather feedback, and track account performance. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction, engagement, and retention. Requirements: Minimum 1 year experience in account management, business development, or partnerships—preferably in healthcare or B2B services. Fresh graduates with strong interpersonal skills and a management degree are also welcome to apply. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. A proactive problem-solving mindset with a strong focus on customer success. Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple internal teams.
