Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and profitability within National MT Chains - Focus on entering National MT Chains with sustainable margins and limited budgets - Create a strong culture around Tertiary Sales by utilizing available marketing assets and coordinating with regional sales teams - Collaborate with regional teams to enhance local connections with Regional SPOCs for National MT Chains - Manage business P&L, revenue generation, and overall business growth - Foster collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure fill rates and collections - Analyze market trends, monitor competitors" activities, and devise strategies for business expansion - Strategize marketing campaigns, evaluate their success monthly, and effectively utilize promotion tools - Provide regular reports and MIS as per company requirements Qualification Required: - Minimum 5+ years of work experience in Modern Trade - MBA degree preferred If you are passionate about making a difference, creating real impact, and thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment, Nua might be the perfect place for you to contribute your skills and expertise.,
