Key Account Manager - Institutional - Lucknow

As a Sales Manager for Professional Cleaning Chemicals & Tools and Consumer Brands & Car Air Fresheners in the Institutional channel, your role involves developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company objectives. Your key responsibilities include: - Identifying and targeting key institutional clients in various industries. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. - Developing and negotiating contracts and pricing agreements with customers. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of sales initiatives. - Evaluating and appointing suitable distributors and ensuring primary and secondary sales. - Monitoring sales performance, analyzing data, and preparing accurate sales reports and forecasts. - Staying updated with industry developments, product knowledge, and regulatory requirements. - Representing the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote brand awareness and generate new business leads. Qualifications required for this role include: - Masters" degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - 8-12 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the mentioned industries. - Experience in selling Professional Cleaning Chemicals & Tools is mandatory. - Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and ability to develop and implement sales strategies. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. - Results-driven mindset with proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis tools. - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. - Willingness to extensively travel within the assigned territory. If applicable, you may also lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
