About the Role

We’re looking for a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager to join our enterprise sales team. If you have a passion for building strong client relationships, uncovering new opportunities, and driving revenue in the banking or payments industry, this is your chance to make a meaningful impact.

You will be the primary point of contact for our key clients, ensuring they get maximum value from our solutions and helping us deepen our partnerships across accounts.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • New Business Acquisition – Proactively identify, pitch, and acquire new enterprise clients.
  • Account Growth – Explore and unlock new business opportunities within existing key accounts.
  • Client Relationship Management – Build lasting relationships with key stakeholders, becoming a trusted advisor.
  • Tailored Solutions – Understand client goals and challenges to offer customized, value-driven solutions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Performance Tracking – Analyze account performance (revenue growth, satisfaction, retention) and share insights with leadership.
  • Industry Insights – Stay ahead of market trends and share actionable insights with clients to support their growth.
  • Business Reviews & Meetings – Conduct regular review meetings to ensure client satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Field Engagement – Be available for in-person client meetings and industry events as needed.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 6 months to 1 years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in payments, banking, B2B SaaS, or fintech.
  • Proven ability to grow and manage enterprise accounts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-starter with a collaborative mindset.
  • Willingness to travel for client engagements and events.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
