Job Description:

We are seeking a Key Account Manager to join our team at IndusInd Bank Limited. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with our key clients in the CB - Liabilities vertical. Your main focus will be on business development and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role is based in our Chandigarh Branch and reports to the KAM Department.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain relationships with key clients in the CB - Liabilities vertical

- Identify and pursue business development opportunities

- Ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns or issues

- Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs and objectives

- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions

- Prepare reports and presentations for management

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

- Proven experience in key account management or a similar role

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
