Key Account Manager Hotel Chains

Role Overview: As a Business Development Manager, your role will involve formulating business strategy and analysis for Yearly Targets by utilizing previous year numbers and market intel. Engaging with existing clients and reaching out to untapped Hotel Chains within the respective Hotel Group will be part of your Business Development activities. You will be responsible for planning Sales Strategy and proposing new products to current clients. Onboarding New Hotel Chains and Hotel Units, as well as pitching to New Hotel Chain Group or Pre-opening Standalone entities, are crucial tasks for you. Ensuring proper advance planning for respective Hotel Chains Accounts is essential to optimize service and delivery (OTIF for production and dispatch), maintain profitability, and develop a holistic view of the business. Key Responsibilities: - Formulate business strategy and analysis for Yearly Targets - Engage with existing clients and reach out to untapped Hotel Chains - Plan Sales Strategy and propose new products to current clients - Onboard New Hotel Chains and Hotel Units - Pitch to New Hotel Chain Group or Pre-opening Standalone entities - Ensure proper advance planning for respective Hotel Chains Accounts - Optimize service and delivery, maintain profitability, and develop a holistic view of the business Qualification Required: - Graduation/Post Graduation, preferably in B.Tech (Textiles) - Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a similar industry or in Sales & Marketing - Good understanding of Textiles and Product Category - Experience in the Horeca/Hospitality sector is advantageous Additional Details: Experience in the Horeca/Hospitality sector would be advantageous for this role. You should possess good communication and negotiation skills, a passion for Sales and Business Development, willingness to travel, adept problem-solving skills, eagerness to learn, and be a good team player.,
