Job Description

As a Key Account Manager - Education at Brilyant, you will be responsible for building and sustaining customer relationships within the education sector. Your main responsibilities will include: - Building and Sustaining Customer Relationships: You will be tasked with developing and maintaining long-lasting relationships with new and existing education customers in your assigned sales territory. - Face-to-Face Meetings: Travel to conduct face-to-face meetings with potential and existing customers to strengthen relationships and drive sales. - Sales Target Achievement: Continually meet or exceed sales targets by effectively selling ed-tech solutions to new and existing customers. - Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to drive sales within the education sector. - Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of leads, customer accounts, and sales to track progress and measure success. - Collaboration with Marketing: Work closely with the marketing department to enhance brand presence through the creation of appropriate marketing materials. - Negotiation: Utilize strong negotiation skills to strategically close sales deals with potential and existing education customers. Qualifications required for this role include: - Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in selling ed-tech solutions within the education domain. - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred. - Proven outside sales experience in the education sector. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software. - Strong consultative sales skills, excellent organizational skills, and effective communication and negotiation skills. - Exceptional customer service skills, detail-oriented mindset, and ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
