Key Responsibilities:
Identify and build a strong pipeline of corporate clients across verticals.Grow and nurture existing client relationships with regular touchpoints, upselling, and cross-selling.Operate a consistent sales beat to ensure client engagement, conversion, and relationship farming.Achieve monthly sales targets and actively build a pipeline for future quarters.Own the end-to-end sales process, from outreach to closing, with strong post-sale relationship management.Drive operational efficiency by streamlining sales processes and reporting key performance metrics.Collaborate with senior leadership on growth strategies and client feedback loops.Design and execute local marketing activations and BTL campaigns tailored to regional needs.Attend and represent Swageazy at events, conferences, and roadshows targeted at Admins, HRs, and EAs.Collaborate with fellow sales managers to optimize territory coverage and strategy execution.
What Were Looking For:
