Job Description
Axiom Foods & Bevrages Pvt Ltd (Alo Frut) is looking for a proactive and experienced Key Account Manager / Business Development Manager to drive business growth, manage key clients, and streamline operations. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in business development, client handling, operations, and team management.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
1)Acquire and onboard new clients to accelerate business growth.
2)Develop distributor sales network through Pan-India business meetings.
3)Create business proposals and franchise models to support expansion.
4) Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue generation initiatives.
Key Account Management
1) Efficiently handle of client interactions and maintain high satisfaction levels.
2) Strengthen client relationships and enhance customer retention through customized strategies.
3) Manage existing accounts and work on increasing business share.
Operations & Revenue Optimization
1)Streamline workflow processes to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
2)Support & manage import/export documentation and related processes.
3)Implement strategies to boost revenue by optimizing internal operations.
Team Handling
1)Motivate, guide, and supervise team members to achieve targets.
2)Monitor performance and ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
Desired Candidate Profile
1)10-20 years of experience in Business Development / Key Account Management / Operations.
2)Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
3)Experience in distributor management and franchise development (preferred).
4)Knowledge of Beverage/ FMCG
5)Capable of handling multiple clients and operations independently.
Salary: As per industry standards
