Key Responsibilities:

• Business Development: Identify and pursue new B2B and wholesale opportunities to drive revenue growth.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing customer relationships.
• Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product offerings, and competitor activity.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and provide insights to inform business decisions.

Required Skills:

• Sales and Marketing: Proven experience in B2B sales, marketing, and business development.
• Communication and Negotiation: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute sales strategies, analyze market trends, and identify opportunities.
• Leadership: Experience in managing and motivating sales teams.
• Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of industry products, services, and trends.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in B2B sales, marketing, or business development.
• Certifications: Additional certifications in sales, marketing, or business development can be beneficial.
