Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end management of assigned B2B buyer accounts
  • Maintain detailed buyer profiles: product mix, pricing sensitivity, MOQ, timelines, and preferences
  • Coordinate with production, design, and logistics teams to fulfil buyer requirements
  • Prepare and send catalogues, quotations, samples, and follow-ups
  • Track orders, payments, and shipment milestones
  • Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Prepare weekly account reports: pipeline, risks, next actions
Act as the buyer’s advocate internally and the company’s representative externally
