Adapt designs to multiple aspect ratios (square, vertical, horizontal). Maintain brand consistency with colors, fonts, and tone. Work on Email + digital collateral Create visually appealing mailers/newsletters (headers, banners, CTA graphics). Work with text content to make layouts that don’t look like a 2003 Gmail chain mail. [Very Important] Optimize creatives for mobile + desktop readability. Assist in Website & Interface Design Assist in designing UI components (buttons, banners, landing pages, forms). Prepare mockups/wireframes when needed. Collaborate with developers to ensure assets are export-friendly. Forms & Templates - Design internal/external forms (Google Forms, PDF templates, fillable documents). Merchandising Design - Create mockups for products (t-shirts, tote bags, stationery, packaging, etc.). Design marketing materials (flyers, posters, standees, brochures). Assist with print setup (bleed, CMYK, resolutions). Asset Management & Housekeeping Maintain a neat folder structure for design files (PSD/AI, PNG, JPG, etc.). Update the brand style guide if new elements are introduced. Create reusable templates for quicker future turnaround. Team Collaboration - Brainstorm visual campaigns with the marketing team. Accept feedback without sulking like a tortured artist (hardest part).
