Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in business analysis: Experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements, translating them into technical specifications, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure alignment between business needs and database solutions. Requirement gathering expertise: Ability to conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirements gathering sessions to elicit, prioritize, and document business requirements related to database functionality and performance.
