Key Account Manager- Onco- East

Domnic Lewis has been mandated to hire for Key Account Manager- Onco-East

Territory & Business Management

  • Develop and implement strategic business plans tailored to key hospitals, cancer institutes, and healthcare networks within the territory.

  • Identify, map, and prioritize key accounts to maximize institutional sales opportunities.

  • Track, analyze, and review sales performance against defined targets and business KPIs.

  • Develop account-specific action plans to enhance brand access and market share.

2. Key Account Engagement & Scientific Promotion

  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with key stakeholders including Oncologists, and Institutional Purchase Committees.

  • Conduct scientific presentations, CMEs, and round-table meetings to drive evidence-based product adoption.

  • Provide accurate, on-label, and updated scientific information to influence prescribing behavior and formulary inclusion.

  • Engage KOLs and decision-makers to support therapy awareness and long-term partnerships.

3. Sales Execution & Business Monitoring

  • Execute structured call plans and ensure effective coverage of key accounts.

  • Leverage marketing and promotional tools in alignment with brand and institutional strategy.

  • Monitor prescription and consumption trends to measure business impact and identify growth levers.

  • Drive product availability and ensure timely order execution through coordination with distribution partners.

4. Cross-Functional & Institutional Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing, medical, and market access teams to support product listings and institutional approvals.

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders for tender participation, pricing negotiations, and supply chain alignment.

  • Share competitive intelligence, field insights, and customer feedback to shape brand and access strategies.

5. Compliance, Reporting & Governance

  • Adhere strictly to company policies, ethical marketing practices, and all applicable regulatory requirements.

  • Ensure timely reporting of Adverse Drug Reactions (ADRs) and product complaints as per pharmacovigilance protocols.

  • Submit accurate and timely reports on field activities, key account updates, and expense management.
