Job Description

1. Client Onboarding and Relationship Management: o Facilitate seamless onboarding processes for new clients. o Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention. 2. Data Handling and Analytical Thinking: o Analyze client data to identify trends and insights that inform strategic decisions. o Use analytical thinking to solve problems and improve processes. 3. Communication and Coordination: o Handle multiple communication channels effectively. o Demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills. o Coordinate with internal teams to prioritize and execute tasks efficiently. 4. Documentation and Reporting: o Prepare detailed and accurate documentation for client interactions and internal processes. o Create reports and presentations using Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint. o Demonstrate proficiency in creating high-quality, insightful reports. 5. Technical Understanding: o Understand and communicate technical and IT-related terms effectively. o Collaborate with technical teams to address client-specific requirements. 6. Task Management and Organization: o Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. o Innovate and implement self-driven initiatives to enhance productivity. 7. Research and Campaign Management: o Conduct thorough research to support strategic decision-making. o Build meaningful connections to drive client engagement. 8. Sales Knowledge and Key Account Expertise: o Leverage prior experience in key accounts and sales operations. o Demonstrate knowledge of sales processes, including upselling and cross-selling strategies.
