Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Generate new supply leads through
cold calling and follow-ups
.
Identify and connect with prospective transport vendors across various regions.
Coordinate with the Vendor Management team for
smooth onboarding
of vendors.
Drive
app adoption
by educating vendors on technology usage and benefits.
Ensure
KYC documentation and due diligence
are completed for all onboarded vendors.
Maintain accurate records of vendor interactions, onboarding progress, and adoption status.
Build long-term relationships with vendors to ensure engagement and retention.
Requirements

Graduate in any discipline.
13 years of experience in vendor development, supply chain, logistics, telesales, or a related field.
Strong
communication and interpersonal skills
.
Ability to handle large call volumes and convert prospects into active vendors.
Basic understanding of logistics processes and vendor management will be an added advantage.
Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools preferred.
