Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Kafka Lead with 6 to 11 years of experience, located in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Apache Kafka or Confluent Kafka, optimization and tuning, schema registration, KSQL, connectors, and replication across organizations.

Roles and Responsibility

Design and implement scalable and efficient Kafka solutions.
Optimize and tune Kafka performance using various tools and techniques.
Develop and maintain schema registrations and KSQL scripts.
Implement connectors and replicate data across organizations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Kafka solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Kafka clusters and links.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of Apache Kafka or Confluent Kafka.
Experience with optimization and tuning of Kafka performance.
Proficiency in schema registration, KSQL, connectors, and replication.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Notice period: 0-30 days.
Education: BE/BTech.
