Initiate request for Guide cards, Transfer binders, Labels etc, following house procedures where update requires it. Update legislation using state documents and editorial instructions; write caution/editors notes and history lines providing effective date information; work with editorial to maintain and clean multiple versions legislative material on a routine basis Work with Editor/Writer to ensure that all necessary finders (if any) are prepared for an update and are incorporated into relevant products. 4. Print production: Compose pages for loose-leaf products, newsletters and books. Check composed pages for completeness of content, report number, copyright, heads and feet. Generate and check sigchart. Generate loose-leaf filing instructions. Append filing instructions and include Report Letter as per given by editor. QA to ensure accuracy and page sequence including all heads and feets before sending off for 2nd check by Team Leader or Senior Production Editor. Check loose-leaf filing instructions.
