About the Role

We are seeking an experienced K2 Nintex Developer to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing, automating, and optimizing workflows and business processes using K2 Five / K2 Cloud and Nintex platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable solutions that enhance process efficiency and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement workflow automation solutions using K2 Five, K2 Cloud, and Nintex platforms.
• Configure smart forms, views, and workflow logic for business process automation.
• Integrate K2/Nintex workflows with external systems and APIs.
• Troubleshoot and optimize existing workflows for performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Maintain documentation and ensure adherence to coding and deployment standards.
• Stay current with workflow automation trends and platform updates.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with K2 (Five or Cloud) and Nintex workflow automation.
• Strong understanding of SharePoint, Power Automate, and Office 365 integration.
• Proficiency in C#, SQL, and REST/SOAP services.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and analytical skills.
