Senior React & Next.js Developer

Position Overview

We are seeking highly skilled Senior React & Next.js Developers with strong front-end development experience to join our client. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, optimizing, and maintaining scalable web applications with a focus on performance, usability, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications using React.js and Next.js.
• Implement responsive and adaptive UI components ensuring cross-browser compatibility.
• Optimize front-end performance for scalability and speed.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and manage data flow using Redux, Recoil, or Context API.
• Collaborate closely with backend developers, UX/UI designers, and product owners to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Stay updated with emerging front-end technologies and trends.

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience: 8 to 15 years in front-end development.
• Technical Expertise:
• Proficiency in React.js and Next.js frameworks.
• Strong understanding of Redux, Recoil, or Context API for state management.
• Experience with modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and TypeScript.
• Familiarity with SSR (Server-Side Rendering) and SSG (Static Site Generation).
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and front-end build pipelines (Webpack, Babel, etc.).
• Knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
