Roles & Responsibilities

Contact potential customers via phone, WhatsApp, and email to explain NoBrokers products/services.
Understand customer requirements and recommend the right solution.
Drive sales and revenue by converting leads into paying customers.
Maintain strong follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and closure.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
Update CRM tools with accurate customer details and sales activities.

Requirements

Any Graduate / Postgraduate (Freshers & Experienced can apply).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English, Hindi, and regional language is a plus).
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
