Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a WordPress Developer, located in Mohali. The WordPress Developer will be responsible for designing and implementing attractive and functional websites, creating WordPress themes and plugins, managing website back-end, and ensuring high performance and availability. The role involves troubleshooting and resolving website issues, conducting website performance tests, and keeping up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies. The WordPress Developer will closely collaborate with the design and marketing teams to ensure seamless and visually appealing website integration.

Qualifications

• Proficient in WordPress development, including custom theme and plugin development
• Strong skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP
• Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and website optimization
• Good understanding of website architecture and aesthetics
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Experience working with JSON, REST APIs, and AJAX
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
