What You’ll Do

• Edit

  reels, shorts, and long-form podcast clips

  for YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Cut and craft engaging short-form videos using strong rhythm, pacing, and storytelling.
• Add subtitles, transitions, sound design, and text animations that enhance retention.
• Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm viral hooks, trends, and storytelling formats.
• Optimize videos for each platform, following best practices for performance and engagement.

Who You Are

• A social media native who consumes and studies viral content daily.
• Skilled in editing tools (Premiere Pro).
• Understands timing, sound, and pacing for retention and virality.
• Curious about marketing, storytelling, and how editing shapes attention.
