Graphic Designer & Video Editor (4-12 Year old Personal Care Brand)

Department: Marketing

Reports To: Social Media Lead

Type: Full‑time

Location: On-site, Kolkata. (mandatory)

C.T.C: at par with industry standards

Experience: minimum 6months - 1 year (mandatory)

Role Overview

We are serious about finding our next Production Star- so you might as well be serious about the criteria too!

Please note: Resumes not meeting one or more criteria shall be eliminated from the process.

You'll lead the creation of vibrant, child-friendly visuals—as static graphics, infographics, motion graphics, and short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts). You'll also harness AI-powered tools (e.g., DALL·E, Midjourney, Runway, Adobe Express with Firefly) to speed up ideation and production, directly contributing to campaign impact and boosting brand sales.

Key Responsibilities

● Design bright, engaging visuals and infographics tailored for social media platforms, website banners, Amazon Listing images and Home Page banners focusing on child-friendly aesthetics.

● Edit and produce dynamic short-form videos, incorporating transitions, captions, effects, and engaging storytelling elements.

● Create simple animations and overlays with After Effects or similar tools to enhance visual content.

● Utilize AI tools like DALL·E, Midjourney, and Adobe Express to streamline image and video production and visual enhancements.

● Collaborate in creative sessions to develop campaign strategies and ensure all assets align with brand objectives.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education: Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Arts, or equivalent.

Experience & Portfolio: Minimum of 6months of experience in graphic design and video editing, with a portfolio showcasing vibrant, engaging social content.

Technical Proficiency:

● Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects

● Understanding of motion graphics principles and strong visual storytelling abilities.

● Excellent communication skills, teamwork, and time management capabilities, with a creative and strategic mindset.
