We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Technical Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have basic technical knowledge, strong communication skills, and the ability to assist in managing issues and tasks through tools like Jira. This role will support both internal teams and, occasionally, clients in resolving minor technical issues and ensuring operational smoothness.
