Overview:
We are looking for a professional and dynamic Technical Support Executive to provide efficient technical assistance, resolve software issues, and ensure client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and resolve software or system issues promptly.
• Communicate with clients via phone, email, or chat to guide them through solutions.
• Escalate complex problems to internal teams when needed.
• Maintain issue logs and prepare timely reports.
• Ensure follow-up and client satisfaction after troubleshooting.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in BCA, B.Sc (IT), BA, or related field.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with help desk software and remote support tools.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.
