Senior Salesforce Developer/Administrator

As a Salesforce Support Engineer, you will be responsible for performing in-depth analysis to identify the root cause of complex Salesforce issues. You will create and maintain technical documentation, such as knowledge base articles and process guides. Your experience in Service cloud and Sales cloud will be invaluable as you assist with custom Salesforce development, including Apex and Lightning components, Visualforce development, and configuration of custom objects and fields. Additionally, you will develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce resolution times. Your expertise will be crucial in providing technical guidance and leadership to junior support engineers. Collaborating with development teams to resolve complex issues and implement new features will also be a key aspect of your role.
