Senior Salesforce Developer/Administrator

The role requires you to perform in-depth analysis to identify the root cause of complex Salesforce issues. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation, including knowledge base articles and process guides. It is essential to have experience in Service Cloud and Sales Cloud. Your duties will involve assisting with custom Salesforce development, such as Apex and Lightning components, Visualforce development, and configuration of custom objects and fields. You will have the opportunity to develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce resolution times. Furthermore, you will provide technical guidance and leadership to junior support engineers. Collaboration with development teams to address complex issues and implement new features will be a key aspect of the role. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in Salesforce, along with 1 year of experience in Jira, Confluence, and technical project management.
