Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for various roles within the organization.
• Utilize social media, job boards, and other recruitment tools to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, conduct reference checks, and extend job offers to successful candidates.
• Manage the onboarding process for new hires and ensure a smooth transition into their roles.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve recruitment strategies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system.
