Job Description

Title: Junior System Analyst

Experience: 0-2 years

Site: Hyderabad (Work from Office)

Key Responsibilities

1. Desktop, Laptop & Peripheral Support

  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot laptops/desktops, and other IT peripherals.
  • Perform routine system checks and ensure all devices operate efficiently.
  • Handle OS installation, software deployment, and troubleshooting of OS/application issues.

2. Network & Connectivity Support

  • Assist in basic network troubleshooting (Wi-Fi, LAN, VPN connectivity issues).
  • Coordinate with midlevel/senior analyst for Access Points, Firewall-related escalations.

3. Asset & Inventory Management

  • Maintain accurate inventory of IT assets (laptops, monitors, printers, accessories, etc.).
  • Update asset issuance/return records.
  • Should maintain Asset Forms whenever a laptop/computer is replaced.
  • Assist in procurement by raising requests for IT supplies and accessories.

4. User Access & Account Management

  • Create/modify/deactivate user accounts in platforms such as Google Workspace and internal systems.
  • Assign permissions based on user roles and ensure compliance with IT security guidelines.

5. Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain documentation for IT processes, checklists, and device handover records.
  • Log support requests in the ticketing system and ensure timely closure with proper documentation.

6. Security & Compliance (Basic IT Security Awareness)

  • Ensure systems follow security standards like password policies, encryption, patch updates, and antivirus installation.
  • Report suspicious incidents or security-related issues to the senior IT team.
  • / Self-Development
  • Stay updated on IT hardware/software trends and best practices.
  • Learn and grow towards network, security, and server administration through guidance and training.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 0-1 year of experience in IT support/desktop support.
  • Basic knowledge of Windows, networking fundamentals, and Google Workspace or similar platforms.
  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to multitask.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
