Junior Social Media Strategist (0–12 months)

Affirm Collective is hiring a Junior Social Media Strategist. Perfect for a new grad or early professional with mandatory internships or work experience in social media (0–12 months). Agency exposure and multi-client handling across categories (lifestyle, fashion, home, hospitality, etc.) is required.

Your Role

• Support in crafting and executing social media strategies across IG, FB, LinkedIn, and more.

• Research trends, audiences, and competitors; turn insights into content ideas.

• Collaborate with design, content, and performance teams to ship campaigns on time.

• Track performance (reach, engagement, CTR), prepare reports, and suggest next steps.

• Join client calls and translate business goals into content plans with senior guidance.

Requirements

• 0–12 months of social media work experience or internships are mandatory.

• Bachelors degree (actively pursuing is not allowed as this is a full-time role)

• Strong grasp of content calendars, reels/static formats, hooks, and copy.

• Basic comfort with analytics (Meta/IG Insights, Ideas, Analytics)

• Clear communication, detail-orientation, and speed in a fast-moving setup.

Nice to Have

• Exposure to Canva/Figma (or Adobe), basic content scripting, and AI tools.

• Agency experience with multi-client workflows (even if via internships).

• Understanding of paid ads fundamentals and creator/influencer coordination.
