About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and creative Junior Associate to join our dynamic marketing team at Represent Media Agency. This role is ideal for someone with a strong interest in social media marketing and a knack for creating engaging content. You will work closely with our senior team to develop and execute social media strategies, manage campaigns, and contribute to the overall success of our clients' brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X, Youtube LinkedIn, etc.).
• Create and curate engaging content, including captions, visuals, and videos, tailored to each platform.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, generating regular reports with insights and recommendations.
• Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices, and implement them to enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with the creative team to ensure brand consistency in all content.
• Engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and other interactions in a timely manner.
• Support the team in brainstorming and conceptualizing ideas for new campaigns and strategies.
• Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and improvement.

• Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in social media marketing or a related role (internships count).
• Proficiency in social media platforms, scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer), and basic analytics tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and a flair for storytelling.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of design tools like Canva or Adobe Suite is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,200.85 - ₹35,000.00 per month
