Quality Control: Check levels, alignment, shuttering, bar bending, and concreting to ensure quality standards. Coordination: Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, and MEP teams for smooth execution. Documentation: Maintain daily site reports, labor records, work progress, and material consumption logs. Safety Compliance: Ensure all safety protocols are followed by workers on-site. Report any hazards or accidents immediately. Billing Support: Provide measurements and data for client & subcontractor billing. Client & Contractor Communication: Liaise with clients, vendors, and contractors to communicate project progress and address concerns.
