Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic Inside Sales & Support Executive who can handle inbound and outbound calls, onboard new users (vendors & customers), resolve queries, and assist in converting leads to active users of the ConstructKaro platform. The ideal candidate will play a key role in user acquisition, engagement, and support for our digital construction ecosystem. 🔑 Key Responsibilities: INSIDE SALES: Call vendors (contractors, architects, consultants) and pitch platform benefits. Follow up on warm leads from marketing campaigns. Explain pricing, agreement terms, and project opportunities. Assist vendors in completing onboarding steps and KYC. Guide customers in posting their project leads. Customer & Vendor Support: Handle WhatsApp, call, and email support for platform users. Resolve basic technical or process-related queries. Ensure timely updates and follow-ups with existing users. Coordinate with tech/ops teams to solve critical issues. Maintain accurate records of user communications. Onboarding & Retention: Provide walkthroughs of the platform to new signups. Build relationships to increase user activity. Track and improve satisfaction metrics.
