We are hiring International Customer Support & Sales Executives for a global customer support and sales process.
The role includes customer support, product explanation, upselling, cross-selling, and closing sales.

Position: International Customer Support & Sales Executive
Process: Customer Support + Sales (Chat + Voice)
Work Mode: Work From Office
Location: Jaipur

Salary:

• Freshers: ₹33,000 per month
• Experienced (1+ year): ₹40,000 per month + incentives

Shifts: International
Education: Graduate (mandatory)

What You Will Do

• Handle international customer queries via chat and calls
• Understand customer needs and explain products/services
• Upsell and cross-sell relevant plans/services
• Maintain high-quality communication and customer satisfaction
• Follow all process guidelines and documentation standards

Who Can Apply

• Graduates from any state/city in India
• Freshers with strong English and willingness to learn
• Candidates with experience in BPO, sales, customer support, telecalling, inside sales, or international process
• Anyone who is confident, goal-oriented, and comfortable with sales
• Candidates willing to relocate to Jaipur for work

Requirements

• Good English communication skills (spoken & written)
• Comfortable with sales responsibilities
• Ready to work in rotational and night shifts
• Minimum 1-year experience needed for higher salary
• Must be a graduate (any stream)
