Material & Labor Management: Ensure timely availability and proper utilization of materials, manpower, and machinery on-site. Quality Control: Check levels, alignment, shuttering, bar bending, and concreting to ensure quality standards. Coordination: Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, and MEP teams for smooth execution. Documentation: Maintain daily site reports, labor records, work progress, and material consumption logs. Safety Compliance: Ensure all safety protocols are followed by workers on-site. Report any hazards or accidents immediately. Billing Support: Provide measurements and data for client & subcontractor billing. Client & Contractor Communication: Liaise with clients, vendors, and contractors to communicate project progress and address concerns.

💼 Key Responsibilities: 1. Accounting & Tally Work: Perform daily entries in Tally ERP / Tally Prime. Maintain ledgers, receivables, payables, and cash book. Execute timely bank reconciliations. 2. Billing & Vendor Management: Prepare and send client invoices; follow up on payments. Track vendor bills and process payments on time. Maintain documentation of purchase orders, work orders, and approvals. 3. GST, TDS & Compliance: Independently prepare, file, and submit GST returns. Handle TDS deductions and return filings. Ensure compliance with all labor taxes and statutory construction-related filings. Maintain proper records for audit and regulatory checks. 4. Payroll & Salary Processing: Process salaries, deductions, and tax filings for staff. Coordinate and verify labor payroll data. Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, and construction labor laws. 5. Financial Reporting & Office Administration: Track daily office expenses and petty cash. Prepare monthly financial summaries and balance sheets. Present reports for monthly review by management. 6. Attendance & HR Record Management: Maintain daily attendance logs for office staff. Process leaves, deductions, and overtime details. Keep employee records and HR documentation up to date.
