Junior / Senior executive, Assistant Manager – Merchandiser

Key Responsibilities:

Act as a liaison between buyers and the production team to ensure buyer requirements are clearly communicated and met.

Coordinate with design and sampling teams for timely development of samples and approvals.

Manage and follow up on orders from sampling to shipment.

Monitor production schedules to ensure on-time delivery.

Track order status and raise flags for any delay or quality concerns.

Work with suppliers and internal teams to ensure fabric and trims are sourced and delivered on time.

Maintain proper documentation of orders, buyer communications, and approvals.

Analyze past sales trends and provide input to improve future assortment planning.

Support in costing, negotiation, and vendor development as required.

Maintain accurate reports for order tracking, shipment status, and inventory levels.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
