Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Manage incoming and outgoing calls with professionalism and clarity
Drive sales and respond to customer queries through Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp
Assist in converting inquiries into enrollments and studio bookings
Maintain daily records of calls, leads, and follow-ups
Support the sales and operations team in various customer engagement tasks
Be the voice of the brand friendly, energetic, and persuasive

Preferred candidate profile

Smart, young, and confident individuals who are good with people
Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and regional languages (Marathi preferred)
Prior experience in sales, telecalling, or customer service is a plus
Energetic and convincing personality with the ability to handle objections positively
Proficient with basic mobile apps and social media platforms
Eagerness to learn and grow in a fun, creative work environment
