Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune for a Junior Sales Executive at SR Primes. The Junior Sales Executive will be responsible for building and nurturing client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. The role will involve conducting market research, generating leads, preparing sales presentations, and collaborating with the sales team to contribute to overall business growth. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills to support client interactions and a passion for driving results in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in market research, lead generation, and customer relationship management
  • Basic knowledge of sales strategies and techniques with the ability to meet and exceed targets
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently in a fast-paced setting
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is preferred
  • Strong analytical skills and a results-driven mindset
