Job Description

Greet and assist customers in a professional, friendly manner. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable jewellery items. Provide detailed information on products (materials, certifications, pricing). Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets. Maintain a clean, well-organized, and visually appealing showroom. Handle billing, documentation, and packaging of sold items. Assist with inventory management and stock verification. Resolve customer concerns and follow up on after-sales service. Maintain knowledge of current promotions and trends in the jewellery market. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
