Job Title: Junior Sales Executive – SaaS (Restaurant Website Builder) Location: Chennai or Remote Job Type: Full-time Reports To: Sales Manager / Team Lead Job Summary: We are looking for energetic and motivated Junior Sales Executives to join our team. You will be responsible for reaching out to US-based restaurant owners and managers to promote and sell our no-code SaaS website-building platform, designed specifically for restaurants. The role focuses on outbound calling, relationship building, and closing sales to help restaurants establish or enhance their online presence. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Outreach: Make a high volume of outbound calls to US-based restaurants, primarily owners, managers, and decision-makers. Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and inbound inquiries. Maintain a consistent daily/weekly calling schedule to achieve outreach targets. Product Presentation & Selling: Clearly explain the benefits and features of our no-code restaurant website builder. Conduct virtual product demos to showcase how the platform can help restaurants improve their online ordering, menu display, and customer engagement. Overcome objections and tailor the pitch to meet the prospect's unique business needs. Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas and KPIs. Work closely with the Sales Manager to refine sales strategies and improve conversion rates. Ensure proper documentation of sales activities in the CRM system. Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with prospects and clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales cycle. Gather feedback from prospects to help improve the product and sales process. Collaboration & Reporting: Work with the marketing team to align sales outreach with promotional campaigns. Submit daily/weekly activity and performance reports to the Sales Manager. Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and skill development programs. Qualifications & Experience: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred. 0–2 years of experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service (B2B preferred). Excellent verbal communication skills with a neutral or US-friendly accent. Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills. Ability to work US business hours. Basic understanding of websites, online marketing, or SaaS products is a plus. Comfortable using CRM software and sales tools.
