Junior Sales Executive

You are an ambitious Sales Executive who will be responsible for driving and acquiring new business sponsorships for our Regional Conference business unit at Marcus Evans, a global business intelligence and event marketing company. You will engage with C-Level audiences, generating leads and prospecting over the phone, prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches and proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales to achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly targets. Your role involves creating and executing strategic sales campaigns and nurturing new and existing client relationships. To excel in this role, you should have 1-2 years of proven B2B or B2C sales experience, preferably with a high-priced product. Experience in creating and launching strategic marketing email campaigns is a plus. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is required, along with a track record of exceeding goals. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, and you should thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will enjoy a guaranteed base salary plus a commission structure, with income progression within 1 to 2 years as you move and develop to the next level in your sales career ladder.
