Junior Sales Executive

You are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Sales Executive to join the Sales team in our organization. Your main responsibility will be to make outbound calls to potential clients in the US market, introducing our solutions, and qualifying leads for the sales pipeline. This role is critical in building our outbound sales engine and supporting overall growth targets. Your key responsibilities will include conducting high-volume outbound calls to potential clients in the IT industry, effectively conveying the value proposition of our products/services, identifying decision-makers, and scheduling appointments for senior sales representatives. It will also involve maintaining accurate records of calls and leads in CRM tools and collaborating with the sales, marketing, and technical teams for campaign alignment and feedback. To excel in this role, you need to have excellent verbal communication skills in English, be willing to work during US business hours, possess a basic understanding of sales processes and CRM usage, and have an energetic, persuasive, and self-driven attitude. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification is preferred.
