Junior Sales Executive

This role is ideal for candidates with 0–1+ years of experience who are eager to learn, develop their sales skills, and grow within the luxury retail industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in selecting jewellery, providing expert advice on products, styles, and trends.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.
• Assist with visual merchandising, ensuring products are displayed beautifully and in line with brand standards.
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, collections, and industry trends.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and care.
• Support the sales team with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.

Requirements:

• 0–1+ years of experience in retail, customer service, or sales (jewellery experience is a plus, but not required).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for jewellery, fashion, and luxury retail.
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and willing to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
