Role Overview


Junior Sales Executive




Key Responsibilities


  • Lead Generation & Prospecting


  • Identify and research potential clients using

    LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, Crunchbase

    , and other prospecting tools.
  • Build and maintain a qualified lead database for the Middle East market.
  • Initiate personalized LinkedIn outreach and email campaigns to generate interest.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align lead generation with ongoing campaigns and target industries.
  • Qualify inbound leads and schedule meetings for the senior sales team.
  • Inbound Sales & Engagement


  • Respond promptly to inbound inquiries and understand client needs for Testvox’s services.
  • Coordinate with the technical team to prepare tailored proposals and quotations.
  • Follow up with prospects to drive engagement and conversion.
  • Maintain a structured pipeline using CRM tools and provide weekly progress reports.
  • Market & Relationship Development


  • Research potential opportunities in the

    Middle East QA/testing market.

  • Track industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Build initial rapport with decision-makers (CTOs, QA Managers, Product Owners) through LinkedIn and calls.




Required Skills & Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in

    Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.

  • 0–1 year of experience in

    lead generation, inside sales, or business development

    (preferably in IT/software services).
  • Strong understanding of

    software testing and technology services.

  • Hands-on experience with

    LinkedIn Sales Navigator

    ,

    ZoomInfo

    , and

    CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)

    .
  • Excellent

    communication and interpersonal skills

    with fluency in English.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive in building and managing leads.
  • Knowledge of the

    Middle East business environment

    is a plus.
